This post is for all the lovely people who are good at remembering dates and have been asking me what I want for my birthday.
Tbh, I'm still struggling to get rid of so much stuff - slowly, but surely! (I have attachment issues - I have to work my way up to getting rid of stuff, that's why it's taking so long, lol). But! What is almost always a constant in my life is, yes, you guessed it, BOOKS! YAY!
After being absent for more than two years, my bookshelf needs a serious revamp. I hardly bought books while I was in Europe because, well, how the heck was I supposed to bring them back?! (Although, I did cave on some of the ones I found irresistible, ahem, Rainbow Rowell). So, for this year - the big Milestone That Shall Not Be Named - if you would like to get me a little something-something, then please see below and have a hand in decorating my library =)
Bibliophile Birthday Wishlist (in no particular order)
Anything by the following authors (but especially those listed below as I haven't read them)
Colleen Hoover
- "Finding Cinderella" (Hopeless #2.5) (I need this in my life, omg)
- "Confess"
- "Never Never" (Never Never #1)
- "November 9"
- "It Ends With Us"
Katie McGarry
- "Nowhere but Here" (Thunder Road #1)
- "Walk the Edge" (TR #2)
Singles
- "Saint Anything" by Sarah Dessen
- "Carry On" by Rainbow Rowell
- "Anna and the French Kiss" (Anna and the French Kiss #1) by Stephanie Perkins
- "The Raven Boys" (The Raven Cycle #1) by Maggie Stiefvater
- "Lady Midnight" by Cassandra Clare
- "Red Queen" (Red Queen #1) by Victoria Aveyard
- "Half-Blood" (Covenant #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
- "Inside" (Insiders #1-2) by Maria V. Snyder (This is two books in one - pls don't get the two separately, I don't want you guys to waste your money, lol)
Okay, I think that's enough, ahaha. Every book that is the first one of a series is marked as so. And Kmart, Big W or Target are the ways to go!! - in that order. (Unless these books are on sale in the actual book stores. I don't want you guys getting jacked at like, Dymocks or Kinokuniya or something, lol. Even I cry when I get books from there, ha!).
And if you are super lazy, Book Depository is your friend. Prah-mis. (Just make sure you don't buy hardcovers).
Thank you in advance if you're getting me a story for my birthday! I will love them instantly. And even if you don't, I already love you anyway.
